Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. From this point onwards, depending on the form of payment you have chosen, we treat your order as having been placed. Paid orders are processed immediately, cash-on-delivery orders next. Orders for which payment is prepaid wait until the payment is credited to our account; orders without payment are not processed or prepared. Please note that we keep you informed about the progress of our work.
Delivery date = shipping date + delivery time
The shipping date results from the availability of the products and the selected payment method, while the delivery time depends on your selected delivery method.
Product availability
According to each product, there is a shipping term, which describes when the products can be shipped by us - from 24 hours to 7 working days. The offer that we present on the website we have in stock, however, there may be a temporary shortage caused by a non-standard purchase or other fortuitous events, which ModernBhp has no control over in which case the actual shipping date may extend to a maximum of 14 working days. The standard delivery time by courier companies ranges from 24 hours to 4 working days counting from the day the goods are handed over to the courier company.
If you order more than one product, the shipping time for the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time. It is possible to complete the order in stages - in order to do so, please contact us or write an appropriate annotation in the remarks to the order.
Form of payment
Electronic payment Przelewy24 and PayU - the most convenient and very fast way to complete the order. During working hours the funds will be transferred to our account usually immediately.
Payment by bank transfer - order processing time depends on the moment the payment is credited. Depending on the bank, this normally takes up to two working days.
Payment on delivery - the fastest form of payment, enabling immediate processing of the order. Please note that it is also subject to additional delivery costs.
