Here you will find clear answers about availability, payments, delivery, returns and complaints, as well as personalisation with DTF printing.
How do I check product availability?
On the product page we show the status: Out of stock / Low stock / Medium stock / High stock / Available on request / Expected delivery / Discontinued.

How do I check my order status?
We send emails at every stage. After logging in, in My orders you will see the status, contents and shipping details.
How long will I wait for my parcel?
Delivery date = dispatch date + carrier delivery time.
- Order preparation: usually up to 48 hours (after payment, except cash on delivery).
- Carrier’s time: usually 1–3 working days.
What delivery methods are available?

How much will I pay for delivery?
You can see the full cost in the cart after selecting the delivery and payment method. Price list: check delivery costs.
How can I pay for my order?

Can I collect my order in person?
No, we got store only in poland
What are discount coupons?
Promotional codes are entered in the cart. Remember to check the coupon’s validity period.
What is the wishlist?
A favourites list for logged-in users – you save products “for later” and return to them on your next visit.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. In the order form select company and enter your VAT ID. Invoice date = order dispatch date.
How can I change my order?
Changes are possible until the parcel has been packed. Contact us as soon as possible: +48 455 450 117.
I placed an incorrect order. How can I cancel it?
Cancellation is possible before packing and dispatch. Call us: +48 455 450 117.
Where is my shipment?
In the shipping email you will receive a link and tracking number. The link is also available in My orders → Shipment.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes, according to the manufacturer’s conditions (in Poland). Keep the proof of purchase and packaging until the end of the warranty period. Details can be found on product pages.
I have a problem with the product I ordered. What now?
Check the parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage – refuse to accept it and ask for a damage report; then contact us: +48 455 450 117.
Submit your complaint in line with the procedure: complaint instructions.
Can I return a purchased product?
Yes – by law 14 days, with us up to 30 days. The product must show no signs of use and be in its original packaging.
Can I have my company logo printed on the clothing?
Yes. We make DTF prints on purchased clothing. The cost depends on the size and quantity. Design visualisation: PLN 50 net (for orders over PLN 1000 net – free).
Lead time is usually about 3 working days (may be longer during busy periods). Send your logo to: biuro@modernbhp.pl.
