How to Choose the Right Size of Medical Clothing
We’ll help you quickly find the right size for tops, pants, and dresses. Measure yourself at home, compare with the table, and — if you wish — check the size chart by SKU.
0) Video: how to measure yourself correctly
The video shows how to measure your chest, waist, hips, and leg length — exactly at the points shown in the tables.
1) How to measure yourself
- Chest — measure around the widest part, keeping the tape horizontal, without holding your breath.
- Waist — at your natural waistline; the tape should be snug but not tight.
- Hips — around the widest part of your hips; stand straight.
- Height / inseam length — useful for pants (outer and inner length).
Measure over underwear or a thin T-shirt. The measuring tape should rest against your body.
2) How to read size tables
- Width in chest / waist / hips in the tables usually means the measurement from seam to seam (laid flat) in cm. To compare with your body circumference — multiply by ×2.
- Length (top/pants) means the total outer length.
- Choose your size taking into account the “ease allowance” (see fit tips below).
3) Find a size chart by product SKU
Each product has its own SKU (code) — you’ll find it on the product page. The charts are available at: https://moderncompany.pl/tabele/SKU.jpg.
No chart found for this SKU. Check the code on the product page or contact us.
4) Fit tips
- Chest ease: medical tops usually need 6–10 cm of ease compared to your body measurement.
- Between sizes? If the difference is 1–2 cm, choose the larger one — you’ll have more freedom of movement.
- Pants: focus on hips; the waist can be adjusted with a drawstring or elastic.
- Work temperature: for warmer environments, lighter collections (e.g. BLOOM / SOFT) are better.
- 30-day return: if the size doesn’t fit — you can exchange or return it.
FAQ — frequently asked questions
Are the sizes unisex?
We have both women’s and men’s cuts; you’ll find this information in the product description. When in doubt, compare the widths in the table.
What is the size tolerance in the tables?
Typically ±1–2 cm (depending on model and batch). Choose the size that gives you comfortable movement.
Should I measure over clothes or directly on my body?
Measure directly on your body (in underwear or a thin shirt). The tables show garment dimensions when laid flat.
